  • Dream Doctor, 18 CON, a Pokemon with the Dream Smoke Capability.

Augur's Trance
At-Will - Drain 10 of user's HP per use.
Effect: If you are not Asleep, you fall Asleep, and then immediately use the move Miracle Eye. If you are already asleep, you immediately wake up and use the move Mind Reader.

Somnambulant
Static
Effect: While Asleep, you are able to take Shift and Trainer Actions, with some restrictions. Your Movement Capabilities are halved while you are asleep. When making Trainer Actions while asleep, you can only use Dream Augur Features, unless you would be able to use those features while Asleep normally. You are still sleeping, and thus cannot communicate clearly.

The Dream Augur has a strong connection to the Dream World, and the power of the collective subconciouss inherent to it. They are at their best while in the Dream World or its fringes, and have the power to manipulate the Dream Scapes of others - and using Dream Smoke, they can manipulate reality as well.

MECHANIC: When a Dream Augur consumes a Dream Bead, they and anyone within 10 meters who has consumed one of their Dream Beads within the last 5 minutes will be taken physically into the Dream World for X minutes, where X is the Dream Augur's Constitution Stat.

Augury of Judgement
Prerequisites: Dream Augur, 24 CON
Daily
Effect: Use the move Future Sight or Wish. You may only use Augury of Judgement while in the Dream World.

Bad Dreams
Prerequisites: Dream Augur
At-Will – Drains 10 of user’s HP per use.
Target: Trainer or Pokemon.
Effect: Use the Move Nightmare. Using this on a target leaves discoverable psychic residue.

Depth Control
Prerequisites: Dream Augur
At-Will - Drain 10 of user's HP per use.
Trigger: You make a check to wake up from Sleep.
Effect: You may modify the result of your roll by by either plus or minus X, where X is half your CON modifier.

Dream Eater
Prerequisites: Dream Augur
At-Will – Drains 10 of user’s HP per use.
Target: Pokemon or Trainers.
Effect: Use the Move Dream Eater. Use your Constitution Stat as your SP. ATK stat. Using this on a target leaves discoverable psychic residue. If you are in the Dream World, you may use Dream Eater on any target, whether they are asleep or not, but you must drain 25 HP instead of 10 if you do.

Good Dreams
Prerequisites: Dream Augur
At-Will – Drains 10 of user’s HP per use.
Target: Sleeping Trainer or Pokemon.
Effect: The target has a pleasant and calm sleep. Their Dream Scape cannot be invaded through Visitation. If the target sleeps at least an hour, it will wake up with full health and no status ailments.

Manipulate
Prerequisites: Dream Augur, Materialize
Daily / 5
Effect: Roll 1d20 plus your CON modifier. On a roll of 15 or higher, you can change one property of an item you are touching. You can increase size and weight by plus or minus X%, where X is your CON Stat. You can change the colors or patterns on an item. You can change the elemental affiliation of an item, such as causing weapons to deal differently typed damage. These changes last for X minutes, where is your CON modifier.

Materialize
Prerequisites: Dream Augur, 20 CON
Daily / 5
Effect: Roll 1d20 plus your CON modifier. On a roll of 15 or higher, you create a basic item of your choice. This can include any permanent item, such as clothes or a weapon, but not consumable items such as potions, vitamins, or TMs. The created item lasts for X Minutes, where X is your CON modifier.

Oneiromancer
Prerequisites: Dream Augur, 6 Dream Augur Features
Static
Effect: While you are Asleep, your body in the physical world gains 15 Damage Reduction, and may use features as if you were in the Dream World.

Sleep's Embrace
Prerequisites: Dream Augur
Daily / 25
Effect: If you are awake, use the Move Rest. If you are in the Dream World or Asleep, use the Move Yawn.

Smoke Weave
Prerequisites: Dream Augur, 18 CON
Daily
Effect: Roll 1d20 plus your CON modifier. On a roll of 15 or higher, you create a Dream Bead. If an allied Pokemon with the Dream Smoke Capability is available, you may either use this ability an additional time per day, or cause one of your rolls for this ability to automatically succeed, but you may only use a specific Pokemon once per day in this way.

Visitation
Prerequisites: Dream Augur, 22 CON
Daily
Effect: While in the Dreamworld, you may visit and change the dreamscape of a sleeping person. You can hold conversations with them, take on other forms, and craft scenarios as you wish, for 5 minutes. The person will vividly remember the dream after they wake up. Harming a sleeping person in a dream does not harm them in the real world, unless they are physically in the Dream World.
