Study Session
Prerequisites: Bought a book at least once.
Static
Effect: You must buy a book at each Pokemart for 70 per town visited. If you don’t have 70 when you enter a town you have never visited, you lose this Feature and cannot get it back. Your Wisdom stat gains 1 point or your Intelligence stat gains 1 point. You may take the Study Session Feature multiple times. If you take this Feature multiple times, you still only need to spend 70 at a time.
Befriend
At-Will
Trigger:: You successfully restrain a wild Pokemon with the Styler.
Effect: Give the Pokemon the Helpful title. This ally will remain under the Ranger's guidance until it is hit by an attack, severely distracted, or has helped the Ranger in a significant manner once, such as by making an attack. You do not get a list of any capabilities or moves you cannot deduce yourself, and it cannot be taken from the area you found it in or it will run away. You may only give the Helpful title to one Pokemon at a time.
Companion
At-Will
Trigger:: You successfully restrain a wild Pokemon with the Styler.
Effect: Give the Pokemon the Companion title. You may only have one Companion at a time. If you give a new Pokemon the Companion title, you free the other Pokemon and replace it with your new Companion. To make the wild a Companion you must sacrifice half an hour upon giving it the Companion title to bond with the wild. This process starts the Companion at Loyalty 2 at least and obedient towards the Ranger, regardless of circumstances before Befriending. The Companion gains experience and levels exactly like a Captured Pokemon, as well as counting as Owned for the purposes of levels and features, but cannot participate in official battles or contests (doing so is fraud). The Pokemon cannot be returned to a poke ball and it costs 150 credits to heal at a Pokemon center. Companions are considered Helpful, but act in combat as if they were owned.
Stick to It
Rider Feature
Static
Effect: You automatically succeed on all checks to remain on your mount caused by attacks and status conditions. You can ride your mounts on their side, while hanging upside down from them, while standing on them or any other odd way of staying on your mount as if you are riding the mount as normal.
Battle Capable Riding
Rider Feature
Daily - Every 5 Levels gained, you may use this Feature another time per day.
Trigger: You are hit by an attack while riding a Pokemon.
Effect: Your mount is hit by the attack instead of yourself. If you would have both been hit, your mount may take both sets of damage.
Qualified Ride
Rider Feature
Prerequisites: Rider
Daily - Every 5 Levels gained, you may use this Feature another time per day.
Effect: You may mount a willing Pokemon as a Free Action during your turn, and doing so does not forfeit the Pokemon's Shift Action or Move Action that round.
Mobility
Prerequisites: Rider
Static
Effect: Instead of using your DEX Stat to determine your Initiative during trainer turns, you may choose to use your mount's Speed Stat. You still act during trainer turns as normal.
Light Riding
Rider Feature
Prerequisites: Rider
Static
Effect: While you are mounted, if you are the only person on your mount, your mount does not suffer the usual penalties to Movement Capabilities and Speed Combat Stages. Additionally, while you are mounted, your mount may carry one more person than it usually could regardless of its Power score or body shape.
Mental Crop
Rider Feature
Prerequisites: Rider, a Pokemon with Overland Speed 8 or higher Capabilities
Static
Effect: While you are mounted, your mount gains a +X Bonus to their Movement Capabilities, and a +1 Bonus to its Jump Capability. X is equal to your DEX modifier.
Master’s Expertise
Weapons Master Feature
Static
Effect: The base Accuracy Check for any Weapon of Choice is AC2. This does not apply to Weapon of Choice (Unarmed).
Power Attack
Daily - Every 10 levels gained, you may perform this Feature another time per day.
Trigger: You hit with an Arms Attack.
Effect: Raise the Damage Base of your Arms Attack with your Weapon of Choice by +2.
Weapon of Choice
Weapons Master Feature
Static
Trigger: Weaponry stunt.
Effect: Chose a specific Arms Feature. You gain the Master level Feature of that Weapon and can perform stunts related without making checks. You may take Weapon of Choice for another form of Weapon multiple times. When you are given the Master level of the Arms Feature, you do not need any previous levels of that Arms Feature.
Master’s Aegis
Prerequisites: Weapons Master
Static
Effect: You gain 5 damage reduction.
Passing Blade
Weapons Master Feature
Prerequisites: Weapons Master
Daily - Every 10 levels, you may perform this Feature another time per day
Trigger: You declare an Arms attack with a weapon.
Effect: When using a melee weapon, you grant your attack the Pass keyword. If you are wielding a Ranged weapon, the attack is instead a column 1 meter wide, and 15 meters long.

The Fyron family has lived in Oran Valley for many generations, blacksmiths, cobblers, and fletchers all. Currently, Saar Fyron, the father of the house, is the village blacksmith, making all manner of weapons and tools for the village to use. Felicia Fyron stayed at home to care for their daughter, Nike. Five years after the birth of their daughter, Felicia gave birth to a son, Horace. To pay for all of them, Felicia took up a job at the Baker's clinic.
While Saar wanted his daughter or his son to follow in his footsteps and be a blacksmith, Nike found herself disenchanted from making arms and armour, although not from using them. Six years ago, Arawn came to town, a smith from the North. Saar took him in, and helped him get started, even allowing him to work for a time out of his own shop. But even then, Arawn was a bit of an eccentric. What he made was beautiful…but he made nothing else. It was…frustrating. Now Horace is torn, wanting to continue his father's work, but looking at the restaurant with interest.
Nike is the first child of Saar and Felicia Fyron, and grew up in her father's smithy. While she was intrigued by the arms and armour, she found the forging life was not for her. She started taking to the riverbed near the town to get away from the heat and the soot, and found she liked it there. One day, down by the river, she caught the rare sight of a Milotic's scales. And a Milotic attached to them. She befriended the creature, and the Milotic has taken up permanent home in the river ever since.
When she came of age, she worked briefly as an apprentice to her father, before she started to drift to other matters. While she showed ability in many jobs, she seemed unattached to any of them, and even today is seeking a purpose in life. In the meantime, she's taken up work as an adventurer, scouting the area nearby, keeping out bandits, investigating ruins to bring back for the antique shop, bringing home wild game for meat and other parts, and helping the librarian map out further and further. But while she finds herself eager to help everyone, she seems distant from it.
Arawn Riagan: I do care about him, even if we tend to be at odds. A bit frustrated that dad keeps trying to set us up, that certainly helped sour things.
Balthazar Woels: Actually kind of scares me.
Claudius: Oh that's his name. He and Raven make a cute couple. And damn those drinks are to die for.
Cress Widdershin: Not as vulnerable and helpless as he looks. Actually a shrewd businessman. Trustworthy…a bit too trustworthy.
Henry Whitacre: Eccentric fellow, but certainly courteous and charming. A rare type.
Jack: Hardworking man, big dreams in opening a Pokemon Gym. I've heard of those…this town could benefit from one, perhaps. I hope he achieves his dream.
Joanna Baker: Can't thank her enough for employing my mother when we needed a second money maker to raise Horace and me. Gladly do her a favour.
Nephene: Very good friend. Seems constantly overworked; wish there was more I could do.
Raven Bokor: Good friend. Her persistence was a bit frustrating, but…maybe a job with the watch would be a more steady life than an adventurer?
Ricki Wallace: That boy is going to get himself killed, if not all of us at once.
Button: Please look out for Ricki…
Submission: Dear god that man's big.
Terri Woodman: Idiot.
