Portrait Background: Daycare Worker Tutors pokemon in fighting and breeding alike, knows what each pokemon needs. Adept: Command Novice: Pokemon Education Pathetic: Stealth, Survival, Techology Education Backstory Background Details Percival Singsen grew up in the town of Bogbirch surrounded by the glories of nature and Pokemon. He was raised to be a Pokemon Instructor at the Daycare ran by his mother and father. As such Percival grew up around Pokemon and learned to understand that they all had individual needs and powers. Often times the Pokemon who attended the Daycare were returned to their respective owners before Percival could fully teach them to the best of his ability. This infuriated him as he wished for them to reach their true and full potentials. One day while on an athletic Pokemon training session he happened upon an egg. He raised this egg on his own to test whether or no his own abilities were up to mettle. Eventually the egg hatched into a Togepi whom he called Fumu. Each and everyday he spent training his new found buddy to be the absolute best. In the daycare environment he could only do so much. Inevitably he signed up to become a professor assistant in order to explore and fully challenge the world with his new buddy Fumu. Once he was accepted he raced right off to St. Cascara to learn all the details from the Professor himself. His Application During Percival's lifetime of training Pokemon he has met several problem Pokemon such as a Slakoth who refused to enter his poke-ball and act when not beholden to Traunt. Eventually was able to turn them around into proper obedient Pokemon who had far more respect for their trainer. His experience correcting Pokemon behavior and his experience with breeding at his family's daycare was added to his application as it covered a good breadth of his life. The schooling he received from the nearby university furthered his education on Pokemon behavior and psychology. Percival graduated from the school of Poke-Psychology and Behavior with at the top of his class, he's yet to choose where he will attend university but his prospects are very bright. Stories of being able to change a Pokemon's outlook of a trainer entirely and bringing a better understanding between the two have reached outside the local news to the point the family daycare receives customers from all local.
