I have not decided which pokemon learn these abilities. The defaults are listed under "Learned by", but this only lists the 200 or so pokemon available in Pokemon Conquest. Until a final list is available, feel free to hand out these abilities wherever they make sense.

Aqua Boost
Static
Effect: Name one allied pokemon fighting alongside this pokemon. When the chosen pokemon uses a water-typed move, they may apply STAB as if they were a water-type. May only be applied to one pokemon at a time. May not be applied to self.

Black Hole
Trigger
Effect: When an enemy moves within melee range of this pokemon or if this pokemon moves into melee range with an enemy, the enemy becomes trapped and may not move until the user allows them to move away. This may only be applied to one target at a time.

Bodyguard

Effect: When this pokemon is within melee range of an allied pokemon or trainer, and that ally is attacked, this pokemon may switch places with the ally and take the attack instead.

Effect: When shopping, this pokemon is able to convince the shopkeeper to give you a 10% discount on the most expensive item you purchased.

Cast – Daily
Effect: Name one pokemon within 5 meters of the user and roll 1d20. On a 12 or better, that pokemon falls asleep. If this ability fails, you may try again in 3 turns. If the ability succeeds, you may not try again until the next day.

Celebrate
Trigger – Daily
Effect: If a direct-damage attack launched by this pokemon causes an enemy pokemon to faint, this pokemon may make an additional shift and launch an additional at-will move before ending their turn.

Trigger
Effect: If the user is on a lower position, plane, or altitude than the target when the user makes an attack on the target, the attack deals damage as if the relevant attack stat was 2 stages higher.

Static
Effect: All allies within 5 meters of this pokemon may consider their Defense stat to be one combat stage higher. If they move outside of this aura, their Defense combat stage is lost.

Conqueror

Effect: This pokemon's effective evasion is 2 points higher. Wild pokemon will prioritize attacking this pokemon over other targets.

Effect: When asleep, this pokemon restores 1/8th of their maximum HP at the beginning of each turn that they are asleep.

Effect: When attacked by a melee-ranged attack, this pokemon may declare the use of Dodge to avoid all damage and/or effects of the move. The attacker's defense is then lowered by 1 combat stage.

Effect: If the user's trainer receives any amount of money, this pokemon may declare the use of Fortune and wander away and become unavailable for one hour. When the pokemon returns, it will be carrying an amount of money or valuables equal in value to 10% of the amount of money you received.

Effect: Lower one target's speed 1 combat stage.

Effect: When a foe hits the Pokemon with Chill with a melee Move, they become frozen after damage is dealt.

Static
Effect: When standing on grassy terrain, raise the user's Defense and Special Defense by one combat stage.

Static
Effect: When swimming, this pokemon regains 1/8th of its maximum HP every turn that it remains in the water.

Herbivore
Static
Effect: When standing on grassy terrain, this pokemon regains 1/8th of its maximum HP every turn that it remains on the grass or until the current patch of grass is completely eaten. It takes 5 rounds to deplete one patch of grass, plus or minus 2 or 3 rounds for longer or shorter grasses.

Effect: If the amount of hostile pokemon to allied pokemon is 3 to 1 or higher, pick two stats between attack, defense, special attack, and special defense and raise those two stats by 1 combat stage. If the amount of hostile pokemon to allied pokemon is no longer 3 to 1, this effect stops.
