All players begin with the following Feature:
HENSHIN! Pokemon Trainer Feature
Static
Target: Yourself
Effect: You may not summon pokemon from pokeballs. Instead, at the beginning of battle, as a free action, you may choose a pokemon you own and transform into a PokeRider form based on that pokemon. Your Pokemon's stats are your stats. Replace your trainer HP with your Pokemon HP. When untransformed you may only use certain trainer and class features. You act on the pokemon's speed initiative. Transformed trainers may have 1 command per round, one trainer action, and one shift action per round. Transformed trainers always act before Untransformed trainers. You may change forms as a trainer action on your trainer turn, or as an action on your Pokemon turn. When Transformed, you have access to any capabilities the pokemon has. If your pokemon HP falls to 0 or below, you automatically untransform, and all damage past the point of 0 is subtracted from your trainer HP. If your pokemon's HP falls below -100%, instead of rolling a check for death, roll the same d100 roll, and if your pokemon fails the check, they do not die. Instead, the essence of the pokemon you draw your suit's power from is exposed, and can be stolen. If a feature costs HP to use, take the HP from your Trainer HP. Any attack launched by an untransformed trainer against a transformed trainer will be Not Very Effective regardless of typing unless the feature says otherwise.
All players begin play with "Hey Guys Watch This" active.
Dual Wielding has been replaced by:
PokeRider W: Trainer Feature
Prerequisites: Level 10, STR 12, CON 12, DEX 12, INT 12, WIS 12, CHA 12
Effect: When you transform, you may choose 2 pokemon you own and apply both of their stat blocks to your Transformed state. When in a double-transformation, you may make two pokemon move actions; once on one pokemon's speed initiative, and the other on the other's speed initiative. Opponents may target whichever half of you they want, however, you may roll 1d20 and add the other pokemon's relevant evasion stat. If you roll higher than 18, the other side takes damage for the side that was targeted. You are still only allotted 1 Trainer Action. You may not use multitasking while using PokeRider W. Name each form combination whatever you like.
Transformed/Untransformed compatibility:
The tabbed features may only be used or have different effects when transformed:
All generic trainer features may be used when either Transformed or Untransformed.
I Can Take A Hit only protects you when you are untransformed
Not Yet!! can only be used while Transformed.
"League Member" has been replaced by:
Ultimate Hero Trainer Feature
Prerequisites: Pokerider, Defeated 12 Boss Monsters, Level 20
Static
Effect: You have become very well known as a hero of justice. As such, you will be challenged at least once a week by young PokeRiders looking to make a name for themselves. If you lose, the challenger will gain a great deal of renown, although your good name won't suffer too much unless to begin to lose a lot. Because of your fame, you won't be able to go anywhere without the news learning about your position and therefore challenges will always find you. Each week you are paid 7000 PY in royalties for the line of toys and comics based on your image. If you do not accept any challenges during the week, toy sales will drop and you will not be paid. You do not have to win challenges to recieve royalties. Add 2 to your CHA stat.
"Back Off" has been replaced by:
Your Opponent is Me!: Trainer Feature
Prerequisites: Pokerider, CHA 13
Daily – Every 10 levels gained, you may perform this Feature another time per day.
Target: A non-boss enemy.
Effect: Roll 1d20 and add your CHA modifier. If the result is higher than the difference between the target's level and yours, it will attempt to attack you next turn.
ARMS FEATURES
You may now take the following Arms features:
Natural Weapons User/Prof/Mastery (Same progression as Blades except applies only when you are making unarmed attacks while Transformed into a pokemon with claws, teeth, blades, or other forms of obvious natural weaponry)
ALL elements may be used to create an elemental modifier effect.
Signature Move
Your Signature Move is chosen at character creation. You may use this move once daily as a trainer action or as a pokemon move. Your character gains unique bonuses related to this move, and finishing off enemies with your signature move may grant you achievements or other popularity related bonuses.
Hissatsu Trainer Features
Prerequisite: PokeRider system
Daily
Target: Enemy
Effect: When using Hissatsu, you may use your signature move or the move "Jump Kick", using the Attack stat of the pokemon you are transformed into added to your own highest stat modifier as the damage bonus. When using Hissatsu and the enemy has 10% or less HP left, no accuracy check is required, the move is certain to hit unless an outside force intervenes, and the move becomes typeless. If this is the case, you may choose to either force a Death Saving throw, leave the enemy at exactly 0 HP, or leave the enemy with exactly 1 HP left. Flavor and name this finishing move however you like.
Elemental Hissatsu Trainer Features
Prerequisite: PokeRider system, Hissatsu, Elemental Arms feature

Target: Self
Effect: You may use Henshin without a pokemon. When transforming without a pokemon, you retain all of your trainer stats and gain all features which are only usable while transformed. All damage is taken directly from your trainer HP, and if your HP is reduced to 0, you lose your transformation and are unconscious. If your hp is reduced below 0 while you are transformed with a pokemon, you may choose to revert to this form rather than untransform completely, taking the overflow of damage into your trainer hp.

Trigger: You arrive at least 2 rounds in to a battle in progress.
