A base class started by Rio and crafted by KujiUn and Weirdsound. Aiming to have a base class accessible by any player, no matter their Attribute specialties

Soldier - Base Class Feature
Prerequisites: 13 in any two Attributes
Bonuses: +2 Attributes, distributed as desired amongst all Attributes
Penalties: -2 Attributes, distributed as desired amongst all Attributes

Core Launcher - Blast
At-Will
Target: A Pokemon, Trainer, or structure
Effect: Core Launcher - Blast releases an energized Core that explodes upon impact, dealing Normal damage to all targets within a 3m radius that does not miss. The amount of damage is akin to a standard Arms attack with no Weapon of Choice. This expends one Core Charge.

Operating Funds

Effect: Once a week, you are given payment of 1000 from your organization.

Mechanic: Soldiers are entrusted with state of the art technology from the organization for which they give their lives fighting for. The primary tool for numerous tasks is the Core Launcher, a multi-purpose, wrist or arm-bound device that processes energy into usable forms in a similar way that Pokemon manipulate energy into their attacks and capabilities. These units are capable of holding 3 Core Charges by default, which can be refilled at any Pokemart, Pokemon Center, police station, or military establishment for 500 per charge refilled.

Even before the discovery of Pokemon in the world, warriors were required in order to handle the more grueling situations that arose in each of the nations. Civilians before enlisting, each soldier was unique in their talents and personality. The teachings and training of the military establishments polished those quirks, molding the individual into the best of both worlds: An extraordinary citizen the person always wanted to be, and the soldier the military needed them to be. Naturally this elite upbringing not only enhances the Soldier’s abilities, but his comrades, both Pokemon and Trainer alike.

Remember Your Training
Prerequisites: Soldier
Daily - For every 10 levels gained, you may use this Feature an additional time
Target: Self
Effect: Upon activation, select an Attribute. You gain +4 to that Attribute for 4 rounds. You gain additional perks just as you would by naturally increasing your Attribute score and by other Features which rely on these Attributes for the duration of this Feature.

Resilience
Prerequisites: Soldier
Static
Effect: You gain additional HP equal to your Trainer level.

Improved Grit
Prerequisites: Soldier
Daily - For every 5 levels gained, you may use this Feature an additional time.
Trigger: You miss with a standard attack or Trainer Feature that requires an Accuracy Check
Effect: You gain a -3 bonus to your next Accuracy Check.

Rugged Body
Prerequisite: Soldier, 15 CON
Static
Effect: When the Status Effect Paralysis, Sleep, Burn, Poison or Frozen is applied to you, roll 1d20. On a 19 or 20, the Status Effect is removed immediately without affecting you. Badly Poisoned from Toxic, Confusion, Infatuation, Flinching, Critical Hits, and 1 Hit KOs are not able to be removed by Rugged Body.

Packing Heat
Prerequisites: Soldier
Static
Effect: Your Core Launcher is capable of storing up to six Core Charges maximum instead of the default of three.

Make It Hurt!
Prerequisite: 15 STR
Daily - For every 25 levels gained, you may use this Feature an additional time.
Trigger: You declare an Arms attack.
Effect: You attack with an AC of +10. If you hit, it automatically crits. Anything that modifies AC rolls, crit ranges, or crit damage does not apply.

Aim Down the Sights
Prerequisite: 15 DEX
At-Will
Effect: When using a Gun you have Weapon of Choice of, instead of using your Shift action, you may roll a 1d20 + your DEX modifier. On a result of 15 or higher, your Critical Range for your next attack is increased by 1. This Feature ends at the end of your turn. You cannot use this Feature if your line of sight is blocked or are unable to see your target.

Known Threat
Prerequisites: 15 INT

Effect: You gain the ability Forewarn.

First Response
Prerequisites: 15 WIS
Daily - For every 5 levels you may use this Feature an additional time
Target: Pokemon or Trainers
Effect: You may use an Item that restores HP or cures a Status Effect. You may only use one this feature once per round.

Basic Training
Prerequisites: 15 CHA
Daily
Target: One of your Pokemon
Effect: Roll 1d20 + your CHA modifier. If the result is 18 or higher, you may teach the target one damaging At-Will move of its own elemental type(s) from one of the target's lists. After a move has been taught with this feature, it may never target the same Pokemon again.
