Effect: You create four soldier pills. Each lasts until it is consumed or until the end of your next extended rest. A creature can take a minor action to consume a soldier pill either to regain 10 hit points, to make a saving throw, or to gain 10 temporary hit points.

Effect: The attacking creature rerolls the attack against a creature of your choice within 5 squares of you. You then teleport up to 5 squares plus a number of squares equal to your Wisdom modifier, as long as you arrive in a square within 5 squares of the triggering enemy.
Wall of StoneDaily - Psionic, Psychic

Effect: You conjure a wall of rough stone. The wall can be up to 6 squares high and must be on a solid surface. The wall is a solid obstacle. Each square of the wall has 100 hit points and crumbles into difficult terrain if it is destroyed. The whole wall crumbles into difficult terrain at the end of the encounter.
Decanter of Endless WaterEncounter - Wondrous Item

Effect: You cause the decanter to pour forth fresh or salt water in one of three volumes.
✦ Stream: 1 gallon.
✦ Fountain: 5 gallons in a 5-foot-long stream.
✦ Geyser: 30 gallons in a 20-foot-long stream.
In addition to filling a container of suitable volume, the fountain function of the decanter can be used to clear dirt or light debris from an area 2 squares on a side. The geyser function can be used to break a door or other object. If you do, you gain a +5 power bonus to the check. The area in a burst 1 centered on the door or object is difficult terrain until the end of the encounter. However, the geyser creates considerable pressure, and you must succeed on a DC 16 Strength check when you use it or be knocked prone.
Mage HandAt-Will - Arcane, Conjuration

Effect: You conjure a spectral, floating hand in an unoccupied square within range. The hand lasts until the end of your next turn or until you use this power again. If you are holding an object when you use this power, the hand can move the object into a pack, a pouch, a sheath, or a similar container and simultaneously move any one object carried or worn anywhere on your body into your hand. While the hand persists, you can take the following actions.
Minor Action: The hand picks up or manipulates one object weighing up to 20 pounds.
Move Action: The hand moves up to 5 squares in any direction, carrying the held object.
Sustain Minor: The hand persists until the end of your next turn.

Effect: You conjure three shadowy duplicates of yourself in 3 unoccupied squares in the burst. The duplicates occupy their spaces, and they last until the end of your next turn. Whenever you use a move action, you can also move each duplicate 5 squares. You can flank enemies with the duplicates, but your allies cannot. Any enemy that starts its turn adjacent to one or more of the duplicates takes 5 damage.
Sustain Minor: The duplicates persist, and each one makes the following melee attack against a different creature.
